Eleven Poems about School and Teens (The Poetry of a Teacher)

Eleven poems about school and teens (The Poetry of a Teacher) is funny. It focuses on the problems teachers and students face in school. On this CD the author recites her own poems. If you are a teacher, a student, even a parent, this CD will be an eye-opener with insight and funny twists. Poems #8 and #9 are more personal in nature, because they were inspired by a teen in Mary’s own family. Then there is #10, seemingly unrelated, but it was inspired by the loss of the password to her classroom computer, after returning from a summer vacation. #11 is the most serious among these poems. It tries to address some issues that in the author’s view are very problematic.
